A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before shipping.

Do you do rush orders?
Rush orders (needed within 1 week) may be possible depending on current workload. Please mention your deadline in the "Needed By" field and Geena will let you know if it's feasible.
What if I don't love the final piece?
Geena works closely with you throughout the process and shares photos before shipping. Custom pieces are non-refundable, but she is committed to making sure you love your piece.
How much does a custom order cost?
Most custom orders range from $45–$200 depending on materials and complexity. Geena will provide a detailed quote before any work begins. A 50% deposit is required to start.
Can I request a specific shell, stone, or metal?
Yes! Geena works with abalone, paua, capiz, cowrie shells, baroque and freshwater pearls, labradorite, turquoise, and many other semiprecious stones. Sterling silver and gold-filled metals are available.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom orders are completed within 2–4 weeks. Geena will give you a specific timeline during your consultation based on current orders and material availability.
Do you make wedding or bridal jewelry?
Yes — bridal jewelry is one of Geena's specialties! From bride's necklaces to bridesmaid sets and flower girl pieces, she can create a cohesive look for your entire wedding party.
